An uncontested divorce, does not necessarily mean that you agree on everything. However, if you and your spouse can agree on the major points, you can make the divorce process less painful for all involved. An uncontested divorce essentially means that you and your spouse can hammer out the important points on your own, outside of court. Otherwise, your divorce is contested and you will have to argue your case to a judge or jury. If your divorce is contested, LegalVorce may not be right for you.

When the divorce is “uncontested”, you do not argue or try the case. You present an agreed judgment or divorce decree for the judge to sign off on. This saves you thousands of dollars, months and many headaches.
